01. CNC Milling

On state-of-the-art 5-axis CNC milling machines from DMG Mori, we can realize complex geometries in a wide range of materials.

02. CNC Turning

On our modern lathes from DMG MORI and INDEX, we implement your provided drawings accurately and on schedule. Thanks to our flexible equipment, we are prepared for every requirement: whether efficient series production directly from the bar or high-precision individual parts via manual loading.

• Max. bar diameter 150mm
• Bar feeders or gantry loaders for high volumes
• Live tools for integrated milling operations

03. External Services

To provide you with a ready-to-install workpiece, we offer far more than just pure machining. Through our long-standing partner network, we reliably organize all common surface treatments and thermal processes for you, such as:

• Hardening and annealing
• Anodizing, galvanizing, and chrome plating
• Powder coating and painting
• Sandblasting and glass bead blasting
• Electro- and plasma polishing

Upon request, we ensure clean components with our in-house degreasing system and guarantee full traceability of your products through our internal laser marking system.

Are you unsure if your design is easy to manufacture? We would be happy to look at it together with you to see if changes are necessary or useful to save costs. Please send us the following formats via e-mail:

• Preferably a technical drawing as a PDF
• STEP, IGES, and SolidEdge file support
• Or a physical workpiece for "Reverse Engineering"
